FAQ's

Is this suitable for beginners?

Yes. Our 21 Day Programme is designed for all fitness levels, including complete beginners. Every workout is scaled to your ability, and our coaches support you through each movement.


What Will Happen After I Purchase The Offer?

After your payment goes through, you will receive a confirmation email. Shortly after, we will give you a call to answer any questions and get you started with your fitness consultation and goal setting session.

Do I need to be fit to start CrossFit or HYROX?

No! Both CrossFit & HYROX is scalable, meaning every workout can be adjusted to suit your ability. Whether you're brand new to fitness or have experience, you'll progress at your own pace.


What if I can't make every session during the 21 days?

No problem! While we encourage consistency, there’s no requirement to attend every day. You can come as often as you like within the 21-day period.


What should I bring to my first session?

Just comfortable workout clothes, trainers, and a water bottle. We’ll provide everything else you need!


What class times do you run

During the week our classes begin at 5.45am through to 10.30am. In the afternoon classes begin at 4.30pm through to 8.30pm.

Are there any hidden costs?

Nope! The £59 covers everything listed!

How many people are in each class?

Our classes are capped at 16 people, this allows us to give everyone enough attention and support to have a great session whilst progressing towards their goals.


What if I have an injury or health concern?

Just let us know in advance, and our coaches will help modify movements to suit your needs while keeping you safe.
